Microphone not working

Anyone else have the problem where the speakers and sound work on their phone, but aything new recorded isn't picked up by the microphone, and calls don't work as theres no sound recording?

Updated IOS and still not working so not sure if the microphone has just died?

I cannot hear calls & they can’t hear me. Speaker on phone calls is greyed out. Also, Siri & Voice memo not working. I have tried several fixes & nothing is working.
