iPad holder that mounts to mic stand

iklip does not fit the ipad2. Does anyone know of a mic stand mount for the ipad2 that fits?

The igigeasy device is supposed to work on both ipads because they include 4 rubber inserts to fatten the grip points for the thinner ipad2. This device mounts on the end of a mic stand (better for keyboard players). An optional arm allows it to mount on the stem of a mic stand (better for guitarists). It sells for $89.

Anyone know of any others that fit the ipad2? So far, this is all I've been able to find.

Thanks Rar, I was minutes away from ordering the $90 one. Amazingily timely! Thanks...looks like a very nice mic stand holder.

One thing though that I've noticed is that even though they're designed for the ipad2 (both these available holders) they cover up the camera in the back. At least the $90 one does. Maybe the Xclip2 has a hole there. I suppose that's no biggy. And maybe you could drill a hole for it if necessery. But I doubt that I'd be using the camera in that mode anyway so like I said...no biggy there. Thanks!

Additionally, you can buy iKlip spacers separately if up upgraded to the iPad 2.

K&M Stand Co. also makes a really good iPad mic stand mount too...sorry do not know if the K&M has fit issues with the iPad 2.

Both of these mounts are very cool, but I would not put such an expensive device as an iPad on the old style mic stand with the 12" round disk at the bottom. You'd just be asking for it to topple. It would be much safer on the newer 3 leg mic stands with a nice big foot print.

I do. Steve@softtouchmfg.com made for ipad2, will not block camera and hold ipad2 perfectly.

Do not buy the iKlip if you have an iPad 2 unles you are OK with it in portrait orientation. In Landscape the iPad easily falls out of the iKlip. That's gonna be expensive...
