I created a apple id for my 10 year old son which is on his phone. We have family sharing but his phone does not appear on my Apple ID. IS there a way to merge the two apple ids so that his phone info appear in my account under my apple ID?

You can't merge Apple IDs. On your son's phone, try signing out of iCloud and back in to see if the phone shows on your Apple ID. If that doesn't work, try signing out of iCloud and back in on your device/computer.
