Reminders hasnt added support for that with siri

When attempting to set reminder with Siri on a Mac Mini she replies "Reminders hasn't added support for that with Siri". Siri will add reminders with some users, but not all.

Here are the things we've tried to narrow down the issue:

  • Attempted to Activate Siri after Logging into iPad's (changed order of activation)
  • Attempted to activate Siri after activating Reminders (changed order of activation)
  • Allowed/Declined to Upgrade Reminders
  • Allowed/Disallowed to Share Recordings with Apple
  • Activated/Deactivated Location Services for Siri and Reminders
  • Restarted after settings changed
  • Allowed/Disallowed Siri and Reminders to use iCloud

The iPads will add a reminder with Siri, but the Mac Mini will not.

We cant seem to get a pattern. It works for some but not others.

Hello,

If Siri is unable to add a Reminder from only your user account on your Mac mini then it tells me that there might be a software problem. Try signing out of iCloud completely in System Preferences > Apple ID > iCloud. Restart your Macintosh. Sign back into iCloud.
