Battery Charge Capacity on new MacBook Air

My brand new 13-inch MacBook Air (2019) shows a full charge capacity of 4406 mAh. My 2014 MacBook Air had a full charge capacity of 7015 mAh. Should I be worried? Is it likely that my new model has a defective or recycled battery?

Many thanks. I was just curious that it claims to run for 10 hours on a single charge. I'd thought that this kind of performance would require a battery with a greater charge capacity.

There hasn't necessarily been that much of performance increases with newer Intel processors, but newer processors have similar performance while using less power - especially when going to a smaller "fabrication process node". Also, power management is more sophisticated. A lot more can be done with less power, and as such a smaller battery can last just as long or longer.
