Cracked crystal on Apple Watch

Very disappointed in Apple sales people. Had they told me when I purchased my watch that if I cracked the face it cost about 80% of the original purchase price to replace. Of course had I possessed this information I would have gladly purchased Apple Care as I did with my iPhone. Now I have this very expensive watch that is worthless! Not a wise purchase and very disappointed with this bad business practice of Apple’s.

It isn't Apple that made the error it is you as the consumer. I believe the cost is 60% just like the iPhone and why would you think it would be any different than the iPhone? They both have glass that can break. Take some personal responsibility.

at the Apple store today the Genius Bar helper told me they don’t tell you how much the replacement is because they are afraid you won’t buy the watch. They did offer Apple Care but they leave out the replacement cost. Just be nice to have all that information when purchasing the watch.
