When your Watch is logged into the Apple ID you use for Find My, you will be able to track the Watch. Log into www.icloud.com/find on a computer browser and you can see the location of the watch. You cannot use Find My for locating other devices on the Watch, however you can use it for finding People, the newer version of what was Find My Friends.
