I would like to download music from my iTunes library to Apple TV. I see no option to do this and I want to because streaming music often flakes out when there’s a flutter or interruption in my Wi-Fi. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Thanks so much for using Apple Support Communities. It's great to have you here. I see from your post, you have some questions about downloading music to your Apple TV.
You can download music that you've added from Apple Music or purchased from the iTunes Store on an iOS device, Android, Mac or PC. This option isn't available for the Apple TV.

You cannot download music onto your TV, the only exception are TV apps.
Note: TV is a streaming device.
