sd card thing

I have an sd card on a crappy lg tablet, i bought the sd card because of how crappy the tablet is. I have the sims freeplay on it and i want to transfer the data on the sd card to my iPad, or if i could use a reader and plug it into my iPad. I looked up micro sd card readers, but they are all for pictures. Are there any card readers i could put this sd card in? Or if it is even possible?
