apple watch burn

Two distinct burn marks on wrist after two months of usage. use 38mm Apple Watch. I am wearing it on my other hand now. why is this happening? is there any ray going towards the skin enough to cause to burn?

The internet forums are not for medical issues such as burns.


But that said, to my untrained eye, this does not look like a burn but more like that of the crown rubbing.

Try reversing the crown to the upside of the arm and not wearing the watch too tightly.
