My image with a transparent background that i use daily has now turned to a white background after I upgraded to the 11 Pro Max. How do I fix this??? It’s my logo that I paid for and used over a year. Now it’s not transparent and it’s unusable. HELP!!??!!

I got it! I found my original file and resent it to myself and downloaded again. Transparency has returned! Thank you!

Do you continue to see a blank background when you choose this photo?
Were you using a "Live Wallpaper" on your previous device? I ask because Live Wallpaper isn't supported on iPhone 11.
Was this something you purchased from a third party app?

It’s not wallpaper. It’s my logo that I paid someone to make for me. I put it on my pictures. Now instead of having a transparent background, it’s white.
