Deleted messages

If I delete a message and my phone gets backup and I get a new phone will the deleted messages reappear or its deleted.

If you delete it and then back up, the message is gone. You have to backup before deleting. If you are syncing Messages with iCloud, once you delete a message, it can't be recovered.
