How to update "Hosts & Guests" in Apple Podcast app?

We updated "Show Hosts" in libsyn months ago.

However, the "Hosts & Guests" section (which doesn't show in the web version of the Podcasts page, but does show in the iOS app) hasn't updated and still shows one of the old show hosts. Also, the thumbnail photos aren't showing.

I don't see any place in either iTunes Connect or in Podcasts Connect dashboards of where to change this. As I said, we already made the change long ago on our hosting provider.

It's not clear where Apple Podcasts is pulling this information from?
