I can’t download apps! It tells me I need to update my info then tells me I have some purchase unpaid!! I don’t know how to fix it!!

See this support guide:--> If your payment method is declined in the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support

If the issue still persists, contact iTunes Store Support and explain your problem, filling out and sending them this form:--> iTunes Store – Contact Us – Apple Support
