MacBook Air stops looking iPhone XR over Wi-Fi after about a minute

I connect the iPhone XR (IOS 13.2.3) to my MacBook Air 2017 (Mac OS 10.15.1) via a usb cable.
I see iPhone in Finder, iMazing, and XCODE.
I turned on iPhone and MacBook sync in Finder via wifi.

I unplug the usb cable and continue to see the iPhone in Finder, Imazing and Xcode.
After about a minute, as the iPhone screen turns off, I no longer see the iPhone in Finder, imazing, Xcode. I can see iPhone in finder but cant do enything with it.
Iphone does not sync via wifi until you reconnect it with a usb cable. After that, wifi connection will work for about a minute.
Iphone and Macbook are connected to the same wifi network and they can ping each other.

The problem was started after upgrading to Catalina and iOS 13.
How to make your iPhone always visible on your MacBook via wifi?
