Cannot add additional email account to child iPhone

Can you help ?

Have setup Family Sharing and have two children with iPhones. I am trying to add an additional email account to these iPhones (not mine) but the option is greyed out ! I cannot for life of me work out how i can do it ! The accounts are created, but i cannot add them !!

Family sharing - Need to add an additional email account to childs email. Hi The standard email app is populated with the icloud email. Is it possible to add multiple emails to this app the same as when the phone is used in a non Family Sharing restricted manner. If so please point me in the right direction. (Parent phone is an 8 running iOS 12.4.1 child's phone is an 6S Plus running iOS 12.1.1 Cheers in advance

You probably have disabled Account Changes in Settings/Screen Time/Content & Privacy Restrictions
