hi, i need help with a charge

I purchased an IPad with AppleCare, that iPad was returned and AppleCare was no needed anymore. The person who help me with returning the iPad in the apple store confirmed with me that the AppleCare was canceled also, but now I’ve been charge for the AppleCare 0n twice in two months each time $5.99 and $599

i need those charges to be refund and stop the monthly $5.99
