Apple Music

I have been using Apple Music for over a year, paying the monthly student fee of $4.99. For the past few days it is lagging and will only let me listen to music that is already downloaded. It will not let me chose which song. It will only play if I hit shuffle and there is a very long pause before it starts playing. Any tips on how to fix this? I checked my subscription and all seems to be normal.

Hello.


  1. Try to do force restart (press and hold volume down and sleep/wake button simultaneously until you see an Apple Logo).
  2. Try to update device to the latest iOS version (13.3).
  3. Try to delete and download app again.
