Apple Pay: Wrong shipping and billing address- can't delete!

Mac (early 2015) with version 10.14.6

While using Apple Pay to pay for a gift, I entered my friend's address and contact info. Somehow this is now the default shipping, billing, and email addresses and I can't seem make purchases using Apply Pay on my mac (error-"state and zip code should match for shipping address"- they do) even when I select my address from the drop down.

I can't seem to delete the other addresses from the payment screen and that's the only place they show up. I've tried contact cards, settings for phone and mac (I don't have wallet/ apple pay on my mac system preferences).

What am I missing??
