How can I install app that's not available in my region?

I want to install Jetstar app (airline) because I am traveling with them in Asia and for some reason the app in not available in Europe. I can't ”download“ boarding pass to the app and/or wallet. There are a lot of solutions on web about creating new ID, I hate that idea because its a mess. This should be simple and convenient.

When looking for the app in app store in shows no match, when I click on direct link to the app store from Jetstar page in opens app store with message "app not available in your country/region).

Thanks for all the answers.

You can't do it. The developer decides which stores their app is available in, not apple. You can't override their choice just because you want it. They own the app.
