can apple or best buy replace ram on the 2019 macbook air and pro? my sister and I want to upgrade from 8 to 16 gigs if that’s possible

RAM can not be upgraded on a MacBook Air, or Pro.

Hi,

As stedman1 told, you can't upgrade RAM, even you can't upgrade Storage as well, all of them are soldered on logic board.
