Apple ID

My iPhone keeps asking me to sign into a Apple ID that I no longer use. I don’t have access to password, how do I fix this?

iPhone 11 Pro Max, iOS 13

Check the App Store and iTunes Store to see if there are any updates for apps/purchases. A request for another Apple ID password is often caused by updates to apps/purchases that were made when using the other ID. Those purchases are tied to the other ID and can't be transferred. One option is to delete the apps/purchases made by the other ID and download them using the new ID if desired. If necessary, check your purchases history to see which apps/purchases weren’t made by the current ID.

Or you can try to set up Family Sharing to keep access to your purchases if you can recover the password to the old ID.

yes it’s coming from in the settings, when i click that it then pops up and asks me to sign into to my apple ID ? the email is not the right one though and i have no idea what that password is

Thanks, but I’ve done that and also itunes, and App Store both have my Apple ID that I use now. I’ve looked everywhere and don’t see anything associated with the old Apple ID.
