seem like apply have give up this device , any solution that I can use this iPod classic to exchange iPod touch?

As noted the hard drive has probably failed. See If you see a red X icon on your iPod classic or iPod nano (5th generation or earlier) - Apple Support. Replacement hard drives appear to be hard to come by, but there are SD adaptor kits on the market.
