Handshake emoji has no color options

The handshake emoji has no option to change the color.

Cant select other skin colors on emojis I can’t select other skin colors on any emojis other than the defult yellow. Such as these 🙂😘🙃. You should be able to tap and hold down on the emoji and different colors should appear, but only the default shows up. Any way to fix this?
