Installing Apps on Apple Watch issues
No matter what I do I cannot install certain apps to my Apple Watch, such as: Spotify, Uber, Airbnb, etc. I’m not sure what else to do I literally just bought my watch today.

I you look on your iPhone
My Watch>scroll down to the bottom do you see the app listed (under Available apps)?
If you do tap install there.
You may want to turn on auto install for apps.
My Watch>App Store>Automatic Downloads>Toggle this on
You should also toggle on the Automatic updates
