Keep getting called saying my iCloud has been breached

I keep getting a call saying that my iCloud account has been breached, it’s been going on for months , it this a fake call?

Yes, it is a scam. Apple does not make unsolicited phone calls.

For me, the new Silence Unknown Callers option has been 100% effective and outstanding. See: Detect and block spam phone calls - Apple Support
