Hello everyone.
I see other mac users can swipe between apps by trackpad without going to another desktop or make the app full-screen. I tried as **** to find the way but I couldn't. Apparently, It's only possible when you have your apps in full screen or you opened them in different desktops.
So my question is, how can I swipe between apps in one desktop without going on full screen ?

I don't know of a way to do that except in full screen. What I thought you might be looking for is swiping up for Mission Control which is one way to move between apps not in full screen.
Are referring to Mission Control? It works for me (with one desktop and without full screen - Catalina 10.15.2) by swiping up with 3 fingers. Use Mission Control on your Mac - Apple Support

I did read this page before. But it didn't change. These are my settings but still I can't swipe between apps in one desktop. Catalina 10.15.1
no not swiping up, I meant swiping left and right and change in between apps in one desktop.
