iPhone froze after the 13.3 update

Hello, my friends iphone froze after the last update (13.3) we have tried all kind off metodes too restart it, but it is still frozen at the white screen with the logo in the middle. The iphone restarts and blinks but it comes back to the frozen part...

what to do??
