I have iphone 6plus. I bought apple watch 5 but won’t work with my phone. Apple site says it is compatible but it won’t upgrade to iOS 13 even through computer. What should l do?

Not sure where you might have seen that said the iPhone 6 Plus is compatible with iOS 13, but it isn't. The 6s Plus is.
