Apple music student discount not working, still got charged full amount-need refund

Every time I open apple music it is telling me I need to re verify my account to assure I am still a student. I have verified it at least 20 times now and it says "Congrats, Your UNiDAYS Account is BACK! You're in.

12 more months of YAS. " However, I was having to re-verify every time I opened the app. I have now been charged $10.69 when I am still a student and should only be charged 50% of that. I just really need this fixed. Thank you.
