Well, there is nothing to “forget” when it comes to 2 step verification or 2 factor authentication, so I’ll try to guess what you mean:
If you really mean 2 step verification use the recovery key that you downloaded when you set it up.
If you mean 2 factor authentication you will have to request recovery—>Two-factor authentication for Apple ID - Apple Support
