What is this error?

Was working with my laptop today (MacBook Pro 13" i5/8gb - 2019) - got this error when I reopened from sleep.

Any ideas?

Machine check is generally a Hardware problem. This case is some sort of multiple processor problem, including the graphics processor(s) as processors. If it has happened once, in isolation, ignore it.

If it is accompanied by other annoying symptoms, it may indicate a major problem.

You should consider updating to the newest version of MacOS, 10.15.2, released yesterday, in hopes that the problem is already known and solved.
