pop up wont disappear

my cat walked over my keyboard and managed to make a pop up of a grey box appear with two lines in it. ive never seen it before anyone know how to get rid of it?

It looks like the keyboard backlight. Try adjusting it using those keys, or in System Preferences > Keyboard.

This keeps popping up. Should I press "Don't Allow" or "Okay"? This keeps popping up on my screen. I tried looking for "420402216190876546" in finder and spotlight search but it doesn't show up for anything. I have been pressing "Don't Allow" because I don't want to mess anything up.
