So I’m going to trade in my iPhone 7plus to get an 11 in a few weeks. I did a trade in estimate and a question arose as when asking about the condition, says “free of major cracks”. What is considered a “major crack”. I have a few chips on the corners and one crack through the middle, but my screen is by far not shattered and the crack is fairly unnoticeable. Just curious.

Hello  Kayla_2071.

Welcome to Apple Support Communities. I understand that you want to trade in your iPhone 7 Plus for the iPhone 11. Your concern is that there are a few chips on the corners of the phone. I’m happy to help.

The iPhone would need to be free from any physical damage and in working condition. When using the Apple website to purchase the iPhone and select yes for trade in, the touchscreen and back glass should be undamaged. Here’s ore information on that: Buy iPhone 11 - Apple

Take care.
