Upgrading to OS 13.3 problem installing

Delete the update - and try downloading again. You will find the existing download in Settings > General > iPad Storage.

This is likely to resolve your problem.

Force restart your iPad - then attempt to delete the previously downloaded update.

As a precaution, prior to making a further attempt to update, it may also be beneficial to restart your Home Router.

I click on delete update, yet it doesn’t delete it. It still says it’s installing plus I can’t update any of my apps.
