Missed Call Icon
So this has happened quite a bit since the update. My phone app shows I have a missed call even though I’ve checked it and it still shows up and stays for hours and requires me to restart my phone to make it disappear.

Have you updated your iPhone to iOS 13.3? This update addresses the issue.
If not, try to restore iOS on your device.
