new apps cannot access my photo

I have downloaded 4 new apps, and all of them can not access my photos.....what can I do?

iPhone 7 Plus, iOS 13

You can configure photo access by

opening settings
press privacy
press photos
choose which apps have access to your photos

My phone doesn’t allow me to access my photos in applications; even after updates and adequate storage. Worked one day then just quit. Anyone having issues accessing their photos while in apps? Such as Cricut; Apple ID, most every app?

None of my apps are allowing photo access for the first time ever. I have tried to change it in settings and nothing is working. Help!!
