stuck on INFINITE BOOT LOOP

My iPhone X has displayed the apple logo for the last 24 hours non stop (infinite boot loop). It all started when my phone froze and I wanted to restart it. I've tried to update the phone without success 3 times now. I have some files that I didn't save yet which is why I'm avoiding the Restore phone option. Anyone else have this issue?
