Returning MacBook Pro 16

So am I understand correctly, if I bought my MacBook Pro 16 in Singapore and now Im currently in Dubai. I can't return it or exchange it for a different one? because of this popping issue. It still remains after update.

Does a Netherlands warranty works in Italy? Hello everyone, I bought a MacBook pro in February 2021 from the online apple store, when I was in the Netherlands. Now, I am in Italy on vacation and have a problem with it. Can I use the warranty in Italy or have I to return to Netherland? I mean in this case, Apple is the seller and the producer so I have two years warranty covered by Apple, which is an international store. We are not Apple but rather end users like you. All you can do is ask of Apple at the store where you plan to return it.
