Apple Watch Heart Recording

My watch recorded my heart rate from 8:30 am to 9:10 am at various rates from 168 to 180. Each said sedentary, but i never got a notification that it was high and i did not feel like it was high either around those times. I was just sitting at my desk.. Anyone else have these issues? Im not sure if i was not notified because it new it was wrong or because somethings wrong with my watch. (Yes my notifications are set to on). Thank!

Make sure your watch is a snug fit on your wrist, not too tight and definitely not too slack, then try a forced reset; To force reset your Apple Watch, press and hold both the side button and Digital Crown for at least 10 seconds, then release both buttons when you see the Apple logo.
