My Apple Watch is setup correctly to let me know when my heart rate is to high but it is not doing it. I have a heart condition and rely on my watch to let me know when my heart rate is up so I can take my medicine but I been having to check it every ten minutes just to see if my heart rate has gone up.

My heart rate was at 210 and my watch never notified me. That’s how I know it’s not.
