Apple tv free subscription

I purchased my mobile in US and have apple tv+ subscription enabled for free until nov 2020

i justed moved to India and would be staying here for atleast an year

was trying to change the country/region details in itunes so i can use apps specific to india but it says i need to cancel my apple tv+ subscription before changing the country details

i would loose my subscription

is there a way to retain the free apple tv+ subscription and also change my country details to India?
