Disable files viewed in iCloud from appearing as preview in haptics touch on photo/video apps?

I can see how NDA or other personal stuff can end up appearing. I am using ipad pro 2017 model with latest ios 13.3 update

I happened to long press Lumafusion video editing app, and what you see in the preview, is what appeared i was looking at that stuff earlier today on my icloud .

How do I disable this?

There no way to turn off haptic touch preview - i’ve tried.

No way to uncheck the duration (see images)
