Ipad got disabled without itunes

So I got this used ipad 2 from Canada and sent it to Pakistan. Then there the guy who wanted to use it had a problem, iPad was all factory reset but it was asking password from the guy who's using it, even tho, he didn't sign in nor log in to ipad and so he tried so to open the passcode too and then the Ipad got disabled for like 10 million minutes😞😫. Is there any solution to unlock it, if without MacBook if possible?

Hi there,

The only way to unlock a disabled iPad is by using iTunes, which is available for Windows computers as well: If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled

If the new owner does not have a computer that works with iTunes, they will need to borrow one. Here is a link to download iTunes: iTunes - Apple
