preview keeps freezing on Catalina 10.15.2
I downloaded new Catalina 10.15.2 on my imac and now my preview freezes. Sometimes it allows me to complete the step but takes forever. Mostly it just spins. Any fixes please?

Tell break the freezing chain, press and hold the shift key and then launch Preview. This prevents it from reloading its saved application state which would just freeze again. You should now be able to open images and documents (quantity within reason) normally.
Preview continues to operate normally for me within 10.15.2.
