I feel as if I am being watched and see many red falgs in my Macbook Pro- Please help

I have some concrete proof that my computer was hacked. I recently was searching in spotlight and i took some images and I can see my Mac is definitely hacked and someone said in a note that I saw "the intent is to breach and hack. I believe he... and then all of a sudden it disappeared and wouldn't let me open it and was strange. Plus when I search Documents I have about 30 folders of it that all popup. So someone clearly said they wanted me to be hacked. I have some photos of these below and attached.

KiltedTim, I really respect your opinion but after i just posted this I was just locked out of my account when trying to sign in to icloud and to sign in again with my apple ID- which said it didn't match, i restarted my computer and once I tried signing in again it said my account was locked. I am really trying to be an optimistic but at this point I'm not. I hired a private White Hat and he said i definitely have a lot of malware but there was nothing he could do it was so bad i had to get a new laptop. I also switched out my router and got a new IP address. This stems from a company I ordered from over a year ago and basically told me (indirectly) they were going to come after me since an order I placed was either lost in transit or delivery was to thw wrong address etc etc. I won the case because i never received the merchandise. So if you can help me in any way I would love you opinion on how to go about this. Lastly, I will say i saw a document that said "the objective is to breach and hack. I believe this individual.." I tried opening it but when that happened it literally vanished. So i searched the same thing again "Documents" and it was no longer there anymore. The other thing is the picture shown with the writing of using an encrypted email in my notes section under spotlight search. How would/could that even be there if I never wrote it. I hope you can at least see I'm not some overly paranoid individual. These things have happened in the past and now are continuing to happen. Thanks for your reply anyways and wish you the best.

Having your iCloud account compromised is not the same as having your Mac hacked.

I've been in IT for over 30 years. Whoever told you it was so bad you have to get a new machine is pretty much an idiot. That's total bunk. Don't pay them.

As far as the rest of it goes, we can't help you. You won't believe anything you're told here that does not align with your preconceived ideas.

If you really believe what you're saying, you need to be talking to the police, not a support forum.

I would not expect much in the way of results.
