Try a Manual Download:
Visit the iTunes Store. See if they are accessible. If so, download it. If they are not there, then they may have been removed from the iTunes Store, being no longer accessible. That’s just the way it is.
Contact Apple Support:
If you cannot access it, then contact Apple Support. Ask this has been removed. If it has not, request assistance on where this all went and how to retrieve it.
