My iPhone is disabled because I don’t know what my passcode is
so every time it is disabled and I enter the wrong passcode it disables again and I cannot use it...help

follow these steps
- hook the device to a computer
- backup the device
- shut down the device
- power on the device while holding the home button
- the computer will get a message in iTunes that says the device is not working properly
- press restore
- when the restore finishes iTunes will ask you if you want to restore it from a backup or start fresh
passcode removed
