You can't. The patch Apple made to enable it in 12.4 only applies to units originating from Pakistan.

You are right. But UAE apple store the person said if you go back home then insert your sim then you able to use app. Its wrong. So how to reached main apple support center. Waste my alot of money.
If i know this situtaion so defiently no purchase mobile from UAE. So kindly tell me how to return mobile to apple and retuen back my money..
