Verification - Unknown emails

I keep on getting verification messages pop up on my phone and watch to sign in with email addresses I have never seen before.

How do I stop this from popping up?

Check your purchases history and compare it with what is on the phone and watch.

Can you post a screenshot of one of them (having removed the email address from it) ? Do you have content from those accounts on the phone ?

I think there is content from other accounts, how do I find it and delete it?
